@asadmajeed yup. I sent them my old passphrase for verification. I had to create a new wallet on the new network (don’t send them this passphrase!) and send them this new address. Got my coins back in that wallet.

@jabaray if you’ve created a new RISE address on Bittrex, it shouldn’t be a problem.
But you are absolutely right. I would stay away from this coin to see how they treat the people that are invested in it and are having problems. It’s a good indicator for the future! So far I haven’t heard of anybody getting their coins back…

Same situation here. Director of Communications on Slack told me this would be fixed and to open a support ticket, but it’s taking a long time.
I even spoke to someone who said he had opened a ticket about this over a week ago and hadn’t heard anything. This is starting to look bad…
Claiming new RISE coins
I’ve been (preparing to go) out of the country for the past 2 months and I’ve been back home for a week now.
I tried logging into the web wallet, but received a “Account not found” error. So I downloaded the desktop wallet and imported my account with my passphrase. This worked, but my balance showed up as 0. The blockchain explorer doesn’t show my account at all.
I asked about this in the Slack group and apparently there’s been a swap at Bittrex. I never held my coins at Bittrex, so I missed all of this during my time out of the country.
Is it possible for me to reclaim my previous balance?
