Please what can i do again because i have sent them my old wallet and passphrase info . And i created new wallet and i sent to them to receive my token but they refuse to send me my rise token back. i have sent them several email without reply now. pls what is really step can i take? Is any body know their real office address because i hate cheating.
@n3m they confirmed I had a balance in my old wallet and confirmed me to send the coins to my new wallet on the 10th of September. I didn’t recieve any coins neither a reaction since then, really frustrating… still hoping for a solution.
@jhernalex14 same for me here … Im waiting like for 2 months now at all to get my coins back… got the new adress, got everything, sent it twice or something like that with all informations but still no reply x_x
Hello, I opened up my wallet just yesterday Thought I’d let the rises rise. But instead they all disappeared. Not clear what to be done now. Opened up a ticket in support (does not seem to recognize my forum login) but no confirmation that this ticket has been seen or received of any kind.
